I feel like I can finally say - with confidence - we have found our go-to company for all our heating & plumbing needs. I wish we would have found them years ago as we have had a lot of issues with our Navien. (And have felt scammed by other companies too). Sean was very transparent, took the time to explain everything to my husband and I, and it’s clear he actually knows what he is doing. He was able to not only identify/properly diagnose the current issues we were having with our system, but also the underlying causes and things we can do to help prevent issues going forward. We feel like there is a weight off of our shoulders now, and we can finally trust that the job will get done efficiently, correctly and for a fair price too.

Woke up Friday April 21, 2023 and discovered our hot water heater had blown and basement carpets were submerged in water. Not wanting to go all weekend without hot water and also not wanting to pay extra for “after hours charges” I had to find someone who could come that day. Thankfully I called Bigfoot Plumbing &Heating and, after answering a few questions, Sean said he would be here shortly. Within the time he arrived I received an e-mail with a quote that matched the amount we discussed in our phone conversation. Shortly after accepting the quote Sean arrived and he explained everything he was going to do. He advised right away about some pipe issues they would have to change at an additional cost. He showed us exactly what the problem was and we approved the small additional charge and Sean and his assistant cleaned and dried everything up. Once finished he again went step by step over the invoice explaining everything. Very professional and knowledgeable. Left workplace immaculate. was was very polite. Back in 2020 a friend referred us to Big Foot Plumbing and Heating when we needed a plumber to check for a water leak during a home inspection. Since then Sean has been our go to guy for toilet repairs, furnace installation and kitchen tap replacement. He is always prompt, professional and takes pride in his work.
